Returns and Refund Policy

 

We accept returns for exchange, or refund up to 14 calendar days after you receive delivery of the product(s). After 14 calendar days, we will offer no refund. New products must be in “new, unaltered, unmounted, unused, unscratched condition and in the original package”.

Products that are not returnable within 14 days:

• Special orders or custom orders.
• Items that show signs of damage, mounting or wear.

All refunds, exchanges and store credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive.

All items that are returned to RTD Motorsports damaged because of buyers poor packaging will not receive a refund.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from RTD Motorsports, if the item(s) were ordered in error, or customer no longer wants.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if, after inspection, the item(s) are found not to be refundable or not covered under warranty.

Replacement items for products shipped to you in error, items you ordered incorrectly, or items covered under warranty, will not be shipped out to you from RTD Motorsports until we receive and inspect the item(s) you are returning to us.

A refund to your credit card can take up to 10 days after we receive item for inspection due to bank processes. 

You MUST contact us within 14 days of order receipt if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.

Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and/or WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
