🔹 Important Guidelines

1. Packaging:
   Always use the smallest possible package that safely fits your product. Oversized parcels will incur higher shipping charges.
2. Notification:
   Send an email to sales@rtd-motorsports.com including:
   • Tracking number, Full name, Phone number, Return shipping address
   ✅ This ensures we return your repaired product to the correct address.
3. Shipping Costs:
   • Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
   • Example (2 kg package):
     • From USA → RTD Motorsports: ~USD 30.00
     • From RTD Motorsports → USA: ~USD 49.00
       ⚠️ Larger or heavier packages will be charged at higher rates.
4. Customs Declaration:
   Please mark your shipment clearly as “Return for Repair”.
   ❌ If not declared properly, import taxes will apply and must be covered by the customer.
5. Repair Process:
   • Once we receive your product, it will be inspected by our team.
   • We will then email you a full report and quotation.
   • An invoice will be sent, and repairs will only be shipped back once payment is received in full.
