In case you have an RTD Product that needs any maintenance, please make sure to send it to the below addresses:
Important Notes:
1- Make sure to use the smallest package to fit the product / Otherwise you will be charged on a higher shipping rate.
2- Send an email to sales@rtd-motorsports.com with a tracking number, Full Name & Your Phone Number, also your shipping address to make sure we are returning back the product to the right address.
3- Customer will handle the shipping costs both ways, an example of the shipping costs below based on a 2 kilograms package:
From USA to RTD Motorsports approximately USD 30.00 (If package is bigger in size, charges will be higher)
From RTD Motorsports to USA Approximately USD 49.00
4- Make sure to mention on the package (Return for Repair) “Otherwise you will pay for the Import Tax”
5- Once we receive the product, we will make sure to inspect it, and send you back an email with all the details and costs, and send you an invoice / We don’t ship back products before receiving full payments.
